Responsibilities

• Staffing front desk: interview, hire, supervise, train and schedule agents, supervisors and PBX operators.
• Understand front office roles and perform duties when needed.
• Operate MICROS system accurately for daily transactions.
• Check AM/PM discrepancy reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on guest rooms and requests.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
