Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports front desk operations, interviewing and training staff, and ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out.

The position requires coordinating with housekeeping and engineering and managing MICROS transactions. The ideal candidate calmly handles high guest volumes, commits to a team approach, and is available for flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to calmly work with high demand and/or upset guests.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team oriented with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff, interview, hire, train and schedule front desk agents and related roles.
• Supervise front desk operations and ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Operate the MICROS front office system and daily transactions.
• Review AM/PM discrepancy reports and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on guest requests and maintenance needs.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out in a courteous, professional manner.
