Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a manufacturing/location while following site procedures and security policies.
• Verify visitor identities, issue credentials, maintain sign-in records, and direct guests to contacts or areas.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and relay visitor information to designated personnel.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies and assist with emergency response as directed.
