Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk in accordance with site procedures.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying IDs, and directing individuals.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, incident, and shift documentation.
