Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Gahanna, OH. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, and support site procedures with professionalism and courtesy.

This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay of $19.37 per hour, and opportunities to learn new shifts via our Claim a Shift platform, with a focus on people-first service and integrity.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a utility location.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain logs, and direct guests to contacts or areas.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, cameras, and other security systems from the front desk and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain clear records of visitor activity, incidents, and shift communications with customer service.
