Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring a full-time Receptionist at our Phoenix location. You will be the first impression for visitors, answer calls, and support daily operations with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Required is 2–3 years of client service or receptionist experience in hospitality or corporate settings, plus solid computer and office technology skills. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm; Friday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm; online applications accepted only; pay range

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors with a smile, address guests by name when possible.
Answer telephones in a friendly, professional manner and take messages.
Manage on-floor conference room activities and reservations, coordinating start/end times and attendee needs.
Implement established security policies for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
Serve as Hospitality Services resource for way-finding and amenities within the building.
Handle car service requests for visitors and staff.
Coordinate requests with internal support departments (maintenance, IT, AV, mail).
Perform other duties as assigned.
