Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to work independently with strong communication and customer service skills. You will meet and greet residents, check guests in/out, and monitor security systems while maintaining logs and responding to emergencies.

This full-time role requires attention to safety, multi-tasking, and the ability to operate under possibly extended hours. Competitive benefits and a salary of about $19 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents, guests and invitees and direct them as needed.
• Monitor Emergency Response System and access control procedures.
• Operate and monitor Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, records and forms.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle guest and service-provider check-in/out.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
