Job summary

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health & Human Services, Healthcare Facilities, Glencliff Home, Glencliff NH, is recruiting for a full-time Food Service Worker. You will assist cooks, follow dietary orders, prepare beverages and snacks, serve meals to staff and residents, and help maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Minimum qualifications include an 8th grade education; no license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of food following dietary orders.
• Makes beverages, prepares snacks and supplemental dietary orders.
• Serves food to staff and residents per diet orders.
• Prepares trays and labels for distribution following individual diet orders.
• Distributes food trays to dining rooms via large food carts.
• Cleans serving/cooking utensils, dishes and work areas per standards.
• Operates dishwashing machine and other food service equipment safely.
• Stocks refrigerators and freezers with supplies.
• Removes waste and disposes of it per health standards.
