Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bed mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Monitors vital signs and documents care per care plans.
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in resident rooms and common areas; follows safety protocols.
