Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time Floor Techs in Florida. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with shifts available. Responsibilities include bonnet cleaning, stripping/waxing, extracting carpets, mopping floors, and moving furniture while following safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish may be required)

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub and clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to supervisor repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
