Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings to join our Floor Tech crew. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping make an impact on safety in the workplace, then this is the job for you!

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour. Shifts typically 4am–9am. Floor Techs perform cleaning duties including stripping, waxing, carpet care, and general maintenance across designated areas, with safety and teamwork at the core of every shift.

Qualifications

• One year or more of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 49 pounds.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning duties: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairways; sweep, mop, vacuum.
• Move large objects carefully and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to supervisor.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as assigned.
