Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking full-time Floor Techs in Kentucky to join our fast-paced cleaning team. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with shifts Mon–Fri 4pm–8pm, performing floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning, and carpet maintenance in designated areas.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds and read safety rules, operating procedures, and chemical safety sheets.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching; able to climb ladders and use janitorial equipment safely.
• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout tasks.
• Scrub, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways, move furniture, and follow safety guidelines.
• Ensure doors/windows are secure and report safety hazards or repairs to supervision.
• Follow all company policies and maintain organized janitor closets.
