Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents who live in on-campus homes and supervise 8-13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

You will provide daily supervision, manage routines, supervise transportation, lead devotions and chapel, and handle budgeting and reporting. A high school diploma or GED is required; must be married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
