Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise, guide, plan activities, oversee routines, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development while living in a student home.

You must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, and prepared to work a nine-on/three-off schedule with on-site housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role for married spouses for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to certify to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
