Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents, a married couple living on-campus to supervise and support groups of 8–13 students in a family-like home.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, activity planning, transportation, devotions, and budgeting. Both spouses must be 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to relocate to campus living with the students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
