Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for a married couple to live in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, guidance, and companionship to 8–13 students.

The role includes coordinating routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and managing household operations. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, be 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role requiring couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship

• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
