Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role requires two spouses, both 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Duties include devotions, transportation, budgeting, and daily care, with a nine-on / three-off schedule and potential placement into a dedicated home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to foster a structured, family-like environment for students.
• Commitment to safety and student well-being.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel with students.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
