Job summary

Newsletter Jobs is seeking a Porter in West Palm Beach, FL to perform cleaning and maintenance across interior and exterior areas. The role covers floors, restrooms, light fixtures, trash removal, and general upkeep in a full-time capacity.

On-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision options, time off, and a 401(k) with company match. AEDT may be used in the selection process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting and trash disposal.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning as required.
• Properly utilizes new equipment and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude with occupants and staff.
• Completes daily work orders and ensures equipment is in good working condition.
