Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server VH to provide high-quality dining service for residents in the in-house dining venue. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment with attention to resident preferences.

Hours are 3:30p to 7:00p on varying days. You will support team members, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a positive, hospitality-driven atmosphere that prioritizes resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional manner.
• Uphold high table etiquette and reset tables for subsequent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist residents with menu selections and dining needs with courtesy and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner, assist with meal choices, and attend to dining needs as necessary.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Deliver meals to and retrieve trays from residents' rooms when requested.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety handling protocols.
