Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward in Hayward, CA is seeking an organized Dental Scheduler to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for patient scheduling, coordinating appointments across doctors and hygienists, and helping keep daily workflows efficient.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Scheduling: Efficiently manage daily schedules to optimize doctor and hygiene production and meet target practice goals.
• Call Management: Promptly answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
• Financial Services: Collect patient balances and co-pays at checkout or over the phone.
• Insurance Coordination: Verify and check dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to patient appointments.
• Patient Communication: Confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and keep the daily appointment flow structured and timely.
