This direct hire opportunity is for a polished, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and delivers exceptional patient service.

The role focuses on maintaining an efficient hygiene schedule, managing recalls, and coordinating with doctors and hygienists to maximize daily production, while using Open Dental

Formación

• Prior dental front office or hygiene scheduling experience.
• Experience with MGE-style practices and high-tone communication preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong recall systems and schedule management.
• Experience with Open Dental preferred.
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized.
• Positive, goal-oriented team player.
• Salary up to $25/hour DOE.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a productive hygiene schedule with minimal openings.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate hygiene appointments.
• Manage recalls and reactivation campaigns.
• Reduce cancellations and no-shows through patient communication.
• Answer calls professionally and enthusiastically.
• Build rapport with patients while creating urgency for preventive care.
• Coordinate with doctors and hygienists to maximize daily productivity.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental.
• Utilize Weave for patient communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
