Bay Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a premier dental practice located in Berkeley, CA, seeking a rockstar front desk receptionist and dental scheduler. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, appointments, and treatment discussions in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25–$35 with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with Eaglesoft and scheduling appointments.
• Billing and verifying dental insurance; knowledge of claims.
• G Suite knowledge and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient experience in the front office, from first phone call to appointment scheduling.
• Discuss treatment options and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain efficient front desk operations in a state-of-the-art practice.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm with no nights or weekends.
