Job summary

Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward, a 2-doctor, 5-operatory practice, is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical care and patient peace of mind. This full-time role, Monday through Friday, offers hourly pay between $22.00 and $30.00 and a competitive benefits package.

You will present treatment plans, help patients understand financial options and third-party financing, verify benefits, and coordinate scheduling with the clinical team for a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as Treatment Coordinator or Financial Coordinator in a dental office.
• Experience verifying insurance and explaining policy limits to patients.
• Familiarity with advanced/cosmetic dental cases (implants, crowns, bridges).
• Strong communication, trust-building, and patient relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain comprehensive dental treatment plans with empathy.
• Assist patients with insurance coverage, financing options, and payment plans.
• Actively verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage breakdowns.
• Schedule advanced procedures to maintain smooth patient flow and meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team for seamless handoffs and follow-up care.
