Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The role offers an hourly wage based on experience and a robust benefits package.

You will handle scheduling, payments, and customer records, while maintaining a high standard of service. A team-oriented environment and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Assist in scheduling a service, taking payments, or updating customer files.
• Place outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team to meet the service center's monthly goals.
