Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administrative assistance to internal and external Service Center customers. The position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Handle inbound calls, schedule services, process payments, and update files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team to meet service center goals.
• Use problem solving and computer skills to create a great customer experience.
