Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

As a frontline representative, you will handle scheduling, payments, and updating customer files while ensuring a smooth customer experience. A 40-hour workweek, a professional appearance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Schedule service appointments, process payments, and update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
