Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide service support and administrative assistance to Service Center customers. The role is hourly and experience-based, with a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of a family-owned company servicing 16 states, you will help schedule services, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records while delivering friendly, professional service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist with scheduling a service or updating accounts.
• Process payments and update customer files.
• Work with technicians to ensure proper scheduling and account accuracy.
