Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Gainesville, Florida is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

As a first point of contact, you will handle inbound calls, schedule services, process payments, and update customer records. You will also engage in outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for internal or external customers.
• Handle inbound calls, schedule services, take payments, and update customer files.
• Perform outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team atmosphere to meet the service center's goals each month.
