UniFirst in Texas is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries by telephone or email while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include assisting with accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks. We offer on-the-job training, a 5-day work week with weekends off, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior accounts receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office products and email tooling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst’s escalation process.
• Partner and provide administrative support to UniFirst’s Sales Department.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
