K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC in Saraland, AL is hiring a Credit & Collections Assistant for a full-time role. You will assist with billing, payments, statements, and account balances while maintaining accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, accounts receivable, billing, collections, bookkeeping, or office administration and seek to grow their accounting and credit experience.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working with numbers, payments, and customer accounts.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, credit, bookkeeping, customer service, or office administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions regarding billing, payments, statements, and account balances.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing account information.
• Follow up on past-due balances and assist with collection efforts.
• Research credit and trade references for new and existing customers.
• Assist with credit reviews and account documentation.
• Prepare invoices, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Follow up on customer orders and payment requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to the Credit Department.
