Qualifications

• Combination of education, training and/or experience typically through HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check and record temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures.
• Ensure residents are clean, dry and comfortable.
• Report information to supervising nurse or manager in a timely fashion.
• Record information on charting forms and complete required nursing documentation.
