Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to residents, assisting with ADLs as directed.
• Accurately checks and records temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures.
• Ensures residents are clean, dry and comfortable.
• Reports resident information to supervising nurse in a timely fashion.
• Completes required documentation of nursing care on charting forms.
• May perform custodial, housekeeping, food service duties and wheelchair escort.
