Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care including activities of daily living.
• Record temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents.
• Document nursing care and notify supervisor as required.
• Assist with meals and transportation as needed.
• Participate in care conferences and adhere to policies.
