Job summary

MO/KS CNA certifications where appropriate, CPR preferred, and a valid driver’s license are required or preferred. Salary is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required in MO; KS CNA/Home Health aide cert in KS.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to residents and assists with activities of daily living.
• Records temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures accurately.
• Ensures residents are clean, dry and comfortable.
• Documents nursing care and reports information to the supervising nurse.
• Completes required charting and maintains state and facility records.
• May perform custodial, housekeeping, and food service duties as needed.
• Helps residents with eating when required.
• Participates in case conferences related to resident goals and care.
• Adheres to safety regulations and departmental procedures.
