Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and ADL support.
• Records temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure accurately.
• Ensures residents are clean, dry and comfortable.
• Reports information to supervising nurse promptly.
• Completes required nursing documentation and charting.
• May assist with custodial, housekeeping or food service duties.
• Assists residents with eating when necessary.
