Kindred Hospital Philadelphia - Havertown and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 66-bed facility that delivers extended recovery care with 24-hour clinical coverage. Located in a medical district near Darby Creek, it provides LTAC beds and a nine-bed ARU for patients recovering from injuries or illnesses.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant to support professional nursing staff, assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient status, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities and function under stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in patient care and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Take and record vital signs and document timely.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for admissions/transfers.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
• Respond to patient call lights and paging systems.
• Assist with routine treatment procedures under direction of RN.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
