Kindred Hospital Philadelphia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in a 52-bed long-term acute care setting. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Under RN direction, you will perform routine clinical skills, support admissions/discharges, and respond to patient needs with compassionate care. Prior acute or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; preferred
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS Certification
• Minimum six months' experience in acute or long-term care

Responsabilités

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Record vital signs and weighings; document accurately.
• Prepare patient rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to patient call lights and paging system promptly.
• Assist with routine treatments under RN supervision.
• Assist with feeding and meal tray service.
