PACS in the United States is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan under supervisor directions.

You will identify residents, document measurements, assist with daily living activities, and maintain confidentiality while following facility policies and safety procedures. The position offers an hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00.

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Use the wristband or photo card file to identify residents before administering treatments.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
• Follow established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bath functions, dressing) and with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations and assist with lifting, turning, moving and transporting residents as needed.
