PACS Group is seeking a dedicated nursing assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our US facility. You will follow the resident's care plan, verify identity before procedures, and maintain accurate records within established policies.

The role requires compassion, attention to privacy, and the ability to collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. Training is provided to perform procedures within PAL guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations and maintain accurate charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record meals, vital signs, and care activities accurately on appropriate forms.
• Protect residents' privacy and report any disclosure violations to the Administrator.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility per care plan and supervisor instructions.
