Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Licensed or certified nursing assistant (CNA) is required.
• Ability to read, interpret written procedures and records.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Maintain resident safety and privacy of health information.
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and transporting residents as directed.
