PACS Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, document care, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and maintain clean, safe patient environments on every shift.

This full-time, on-site position in California offers an hourly wage of $22.00 to $25.00 and requires a minimum 10th grade education with CNA license; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information; write reports and records.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before care delivery.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
