PACS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals and treatments, document care, and report any changes to the nurse on duty.

Follow established policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and cooperate with staff to ensure high-quality care across shifts. Training and CPR may be preferred as part of requirements.

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse and document entries.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures or unauthorized access.
