Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant to assist in patient care and support the clinical team at our Eatontown clinic. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 1:30pm with rotating weekends.

You will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process, documenting exams, and supporting physicians with hands‑on care to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection, processing for in‑house and outside laboratories
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Full-Time Clinical Assistant

Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant Full-Time Eatontown, NJ, US

$20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Everleap Fertility has a need for a Full-Time Clinical Assistant opening for our Eatontown clinic. This is a Monday-Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm with rotating weekends. Come help us build families!

The Clinical Assistant will promoteand restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands‑on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high‑quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures

Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
• Studies level: Certification

Position Requirements/Experience:
