Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Basking Ridge, NJ seeks a full-time Phlebotomist, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm with weekend rotation. Performs venipunctures, manages specimens, and supports patient comfort. Maintains EMR documentation and adheres to OSHA/DEP rules.

Requires 3+ years' venipuncture experience, ability to work weekends/holidays, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Benefits are provided for 30+ hour workers.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Phlebotomy Program or certification preferred.
• 3+ years' venipuncture experience in fast-paced labs or hospitals.
• EMR experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and perform venipuncture as required.
• Draw blood, label specimens, and centrifuge as needed.
• Store and transport specimens ensuring integrity.
• Follow OSHA/DEP regulations and maintain a clean phlebotomy area.
• Reassure patients and provide comfort during procedures.
