Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant to support the clinical team in Lehigh Valley, PA. You will assist physicians, document procedures, and help with patient care during ultrasound sessions on weekends.

The role requires at least 6 months of Medical Assistant experience, weekend availability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Benefits accompany employment, with a schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30am to 9:30am.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures
• Follow proper protocols for all procedures
• Accurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasounds.
• Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol.
• Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms.
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
• Manage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for review.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Part-Time

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Clinical Assistant

Location: Lehigh Valley, PA

Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday from 6:30am-9:30am

The Clinical Assistant will promoteand restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
