Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Phlebotomist to draw blood for laboratory procedures and support patient care in a fast-paced fertility setting. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm with weekend rotation; must be able to work weekends and holidays. Proficiency with EMR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities include proper patient identification, venipuncture, specimen labeling and transport, and maintaining a clean phlebotomy area while ensuring patient comfort.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recent venipuncture experience in fast-paced labs or hospital settings.
• Weekend, holiday, and occasional evenings availability.
• EMR experience and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and obtain consent.
• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection.
• Label, centrifuge, and transport specimens while maintaining integrity.
• Store and transport specimens per procedures and regulations.
• Maintain clean, stocked phlebotomy area and comply with OSHA/DEP rules.
• Reassure patients and provide comfort during procedures.
