All Jobs bv in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Certified Caregiver for full-time day shifts in our Homecare Program within an Independent Living community. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and serve as a compassionate companion to residents, while keeping apartments tidy and supporting resident independence.

The role includes ambulation, toileting, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, and maintaining care plans. Flu vaccine is required; EEO employer.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certificate required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and document care.
• Demonstrates compassionate, customer-focused care.
• Comfortable on feet for extended periods.

Job description

We are seeking a Certified Caregiver to work full time days for our Homecare Program in our Independent Living.

What you'll do:

Your role is to provide hands on care and assist residents as needed with their care and ADLs along with being a companion to the residents. Assists with helping to keep resident's apartments tidy and other domestic duties as requested by the residents. Be a companion and keep our seniors active while encouraging and respecting their independence.

• Ambulation and transfer assistance
• Toileting, bathing, and grooming assistance
• Wake up services and dressing assistance
• Meal preparation
• Organizational help
• Ambulation support (pushing a wheel chair or accompanying for balance)
• Errands (grocery and household goods shopping, etc.)
• Companionship
• Schedule and medication reminders
• Maintain service plan tracking of all services performed
• Know and understand resident's expectations and meet those expectations within community policy
• Inform Supervisor of any changing conditions that affect the resident's ability to function independently
