Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Sun City team. You will work one-on-one with seniors to keep them happy and healthy at home, providing companionship, personal care, and daily living support.

We offer flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants should have reliable transportation, a valid AZ driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and a genuine desire to improve clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Assisting Hands Home Care, a national leader for in‑home care services, is looking for the best caregivers to join our team. We go beyond caring for basic needs to focus on “adding life to our client’s years.”

In this role, you'll work one‑on‑one with seniors to ensure they stay happy and healthy at home. This may include providing companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and occasional transportation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Personal, reliable transportation
• CPR/1st Aid Certification
• TB Test
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid AZ driver's license and proof of current insurance
• Fingerprint clearance
• One (0‑1) year experience in the home caring for a loved one or in a long‑term care setting is preferred; if you are new to home care we provide training for your new career.

Hours

Dependent on assignment; shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability.

Currently serving clients in Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Surprise and all surrounding areas.
