Job Description: Epoch Estate Wines in Templeton is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Cellar Technician. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic as well as a desire to contribute as a team member in the day-to-day cellar activities of an ultra‑premium winery.

The position works directly with the Assistant Winemaker to maintain winemaking quality throughout the year. This is especially important during harvest when we are training and employing interns.

Duties
