Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will deliver outstanding service, educate shoppers about loyalty programs, and use an omni‑channel approach to drive sales.

Collaborate with leaders to ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience across the floor and online channels. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, helping with store operations, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized space while providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to move around floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
